Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting and implementation services provided by SoftWebLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Nature of Our Services

SoftWebLogic provides professional consulting and implementation services. These are knowledge-based, time-intensive services that begin incurring costs — in the form of staff time, preparation, and resources — as soon as work commences.

All service engagements are governed by a written agreement (Statement of Work or Services Agreement) entered into between SoftWebLogic and the client prior to commencing work. The terms of that agreement take precedence over this general policy in the event of any conflict.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If you cancel an engagement before any work has commenced and prior to the start date specified in your service agreement, you may be entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid, less any non-refundable administrative fees specified in your agreement.

3. Cancellation After Work Commences

If you cancel an engagement after work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. You will be responsible for payment for all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, billed at the rate specified in your service agreement.

Any prepaid amounts in excess of the amount owed for completed work will be refunded within 30 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

4. Deliverable-Based Engagements

For project-based engagements with defined deliverables, refunds for incomplete deliverables will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  • The proportion of work completed at time of cancellation
  • Resources and subcontractors already engaged
  • Whether cancellation was due to SoftWebLogic's failure to meet agreed deliverable specifications

If SoftWebLogic fails to deliver a specified deliverable that materially meets the agreed specifications, we will work to correct the issue. If correction is not possible, a partial or full refund of the fees associated with that deliverable may be provided at our discretion.

5. Disputes

If you believe that work delivered by SoftWebLogic does not meet the specifications agreed in your service contract, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will review your concern and respond within 10 business days.

We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith. Our goal is always to deliver work that genuinely serves your needs, and we take feedback seriously.

6. No Refunds for Outcomes

SoftWebLogic provides consulting and implementation services based on industry knowledge and professional judgment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, revenue changes, or efficiency gains from AI integration or automation projects.

Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with business outcomes that fall outside the scope of the agreed deliverables, or due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to: changes in your business environment, failure to implement recommendations, or changes to third-party tools and platforms.

7. Website Content

All content on our website, including articles, tools, and calculators, is provided free of charge for informational purposes. No fees are charged for accessing website content, and accordingly no refunds are applicable to website content.
